There are remarkable stories about people who overcame defying odds, even though they were tested beyond human limits. Just take a look at the stories of so many survivors of concentration camps, or take a look at Helen Keller. Helen Adams Keller was an American author, disability rights advocate, political activist and lecturer. Born in West Tuscumbia, Alabama, she lost her sight and hearing after a bout of illness at the age of nineteen months. She could have given up, like so many do, of ever amounting to much, but she did not. She found the power within herself to carry on and live a full life. What sets these people apart? They found the strength, spirit and power within them to not be broken. And you can too. You can learn to see beyond your perceived limitations, overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles, and find your freedom, strength and power within. You have the power within you to change and create a life worth living. Don’t give your power away. Don’t let others paint on your canvas of life. It is your canvas.

Wellness from within is learning to stay grounded, and mentally and emotionally stable in all circumstances. This Program will help you gear up for this moment and for the evolutionary changes that are inevitable. We are a technologically advancing world where the pace of work is exponentially speeding up, and where more is expected for less. Artificial Intelligence is no longer some distant pipe dream – it is here and now. Civilians are able to go into space. Unless you prepare yourself for this fast-paced change in our world, you will be ill-equipped to stay balanced, mentally and emotionally astute, and to remain centered amidst the chaos.

Stress is a killer. You need to know what stress is and how the stress hormones destroy you from the inside out. Through this knowledge and awareness you will see the futility in allowing stress to continue to be a part of your life. You will see how addictive repetitive behaviors are, as well as stress hormones. You will learn to break the cycles of your past and to start programming software in your brain that serves your wellbeing.
