As a former seeker of truth (former, because I have come to realize that the truth is right within me so I need seek no further), I have seen how this seeking can perpetuate the cycles of avoidance and busyness, which robs us all of the true joys of living. If you can relate to this, then these programs are going to go a long way in helping free you from this obsessive nature of the seeker. Not only that, they will help you connect with the truth of who you are, they will help you love yourself unconditionally, and in this way, you will be able to extend this love, joy and peace outwards, to all you meet and serve. Love yourself no matter who you are, where you have been, what you have done and where you are going.
If I said to you – find your center within and go right there, a lot of people will know what this means and can do this instantaneously. Others, however, have no idea what this means. To help you find your inner being, I have created 12 steps to help you connect to this part that is you.
Once you have worked through these 12 steps, you will no longer need them, as you will now know who you are. All you will need is the ability to drop into your center, where your well-pool of wisdom and intelligence resides.
And then, in an instant, you will realize the love that you, and others, are.
There are people who go through life with no regrets, disappointments, hurts, failures, anxieties or depression, but there are far more who have not. In this program you will learn how to work through the 5 stages of grief (denial and isolation, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance).
This is not just relevant to the experience of the loss of a loved one, but it also deals with any traumatic event, such as lost relationships, bankruptcy, things you feel guilty and ashamed about, and losing that which you fear.
Learn to let go of your tight control on life, and love yourself – no matter what.
